  • Simple Chatbots: For basic chatbots with limited interactions, fees range from USD$1,000 to $3,000 per project.
     

  • Complex Chatbots: For more sophisticated bots that require extensive dialogue, personalization, and integration, plus specialized knowledge in sectors like fintech & professional services, require understanding specific regulations and terminology. 

       Service fees range from USD4,000 to USD8,500 per project.
 

  • Chatbots review and consult on chatbot strategy.

      Specific requests: service fees range from USD 3,000 to USD 9,000 per project.
      Simple review on AI-generated Chatbot or  AI chatbot to make it more human-like USD1,500 per             project-based 1) conversational tone, 2) personalization, 3) humor & lightness, and expressive                 language etc

  

  • Ongoing Support and Maintenance

    Monthly monitoring of chatbot performance & effectiveness – monthly retainer package ranging from USD1,000 to USD1,500 per month.
