Build a Connected Fintech Authority and Customer Engagement System
Strengthen your fintech company’s AI visibility, executive positioning, market credibility and enquiry journey through one coordinated six-month program
2026 Price: USD 12,500 per month
Six-month engagement: USD 75,000 total
For engagements beginning on or after 1 January 2027, the standard price will be USD 15,500 per month, or USD 93,000 over six months.
Secure the 2026 Growth Rate
The 2026 rate applies to agreements signed by 31 December 2026, subject to onboarding capacity, contract terms and the agreed commencement date.
Fintech Growth Creates an Authority Gap
As a fintech company expands, producing more content or running more campaigns does not automatically create greater authority.
Growth often exposes a disconnected system:
The company may appear in traditional search but remain difficult to discover or cite through AI-assisted search.
The founder’s expertise may be valuable but inconsistently communicated across the market.
Marketing, public relations, sales and leadership messages may present different versions of the company.
Prospective buyers may see activity without finding enough evidence to establish confidence.
Enquiries from websites, messaging channels or campaigns may be answered slowly or handled inconsistently.
Content may pass through unclear approval processes, creating avoidable brand and compliance risks.
Strong insights may be used once and then disappear instead of becoming reusable authority assets.
The result is fragmented visibility: more activity, but not necessarily more trust, differentiation or qualified commercial conversations.
Your Fintech Does Not Need More Disconnected Content
It needs an authority system that connects what your company knows, how its leaders communicate, where the market discovers it and what happens when a potential buyer responds.
Authority Growth brings these elements together through the four pillars of the STB Authority Engine:
1. AI Visibility
Improve the clarity, structure and discoverability of your expertise across search and AI-assisted discovery.
2. Authority
Develop consistent founder and executive thought leadership around defensible areas of expertise.
3. Trust
Reinforce your market position with credible content, digital PR and a more coherent enquiry journey.
4. Compliance-Aware Communication
Introduce human approval checkpoints and sensible content-governance practices without presenting STB as a legal adviser.
What Is Authority Growth?
Authority Growth is a structured six-month strategic implementation program for Series B, expanding and growth-stage fintech companies that have established their offer but need a stronger, more connected authority and customer-engagement system.
The program combines strategy, content, executive positioning, AI visibility, digital PR, enquiry infrastructure and performance review.
Instead of treating each channel as a separate campaign, STB connects them so that one strong insight can support search visibility, leadership content, public relations, sales enablement and buyer education.
Who Is This Program For?
Authority Growth is best suited to fintech companies that:
are moving beyond early market validation and entering a more competitive growth phase;
need stronger founder or executive visibility;
want to improve how their brand is represented in search and AI-generated answers;
require greater consistency across leadership, marketing, PR and enquiry communications;
are expanding into new segments, markets or strategic partnerships;
have internal subject-matter expertise but limited time or capacity to convert it into authority assets; or
want a structured system instead of several disconnected agencies or tools.
The program is not designed for companies seeking unlimited content production, guaranteed media coverage, instant sales results, legal advice or a complete outsourced marketing department.
The Six Outcomes Authority Growth Is Designed to Build
1. Stronger AI and Search Visibility
Establish a clearer digital knowledge footprint through technical review, priority remediation, topic planning, fintech content and ongoing visibility monitoring.
2. More Consistent Executive Authority
Turn founder and executive expertise into focused thought leadership that supports market differentiation and gives buyers a clearer reason to trust the company.
3. A Connected Content and Authority System
Apply STB Loop Marketing to extend selected core insights into multiple useful assets instead of allowing each idea to become a one-off post or campaign.
4. Greater Market Trust
Support credibility through coherent messaging, evidence-led content, brand-perception insights and a structured digital PR cadence.
5. A Better Enquiry Journey
Introduce an STB AI Enquiry & Sales Assistant for the agreed channels and use case, helping the company provide more consistent first-response support and route qualified enquiries appropriately.
6. Clearer Governance and Performance Visibility
Use a central Client Access Workspace, agreed approval checkpoints and regular reporting to keep deliverables, decisions and progress visible.

Month 3: Activate Authority
Launch the agreed thought-leadership, fintech-content and digital PR cadence.
Begin connecting selected insights across search, executive-positioning and buyer-education channels.
Month 4: Connect Engagement
Deploy or refine the agreed enquiry-assistant use case, improve response and routing logic, and connect approved authority assets to relevant buyer questions.
Month 5: Strengthen and Optimise
Review visibility, engagement, message consistency and enquiry signals.
Address priority gaps and strengthen the best-performing themes and assets.
Month 6: Consolidate and Scale
Document the authority system, evaluate progress, identify the next growth priorities and provide recommendations for continued implementation.

Authority Growth Investment
Secure the 2026 Growth Rate
USD 12,500 per month for six months
Total engagement value: USD 75,000
The 2026 rate gives suitable fintech companies an opportunity to enter Authority Growth before the program moves to its expanded standard pricing.
Standard Rate From 1 January 2027
USD 15,500 per month for six months
Total engagement value: USD 93,000
The 2027 price reflects the broader strategic and implementation responsibility of a connected authority system, including:
deeper executive positioning;
expanded AI-visibility work;
coordinated content and digital PR;
enquiry-assistant implementation and support;
communication governance;
strategic reporting; and
the operational capacity required to deliver a high-touch six-month engagement consistently.
This represents a 23.1% increase, or an additional USD 3,000 per month.
It positions Authority Growth as an integrated authority and customer-engagement program rather than a collection of isolated content services.
The price adjustment reflects the program’s expanded value, delivery capacity and implementation depth. It should not be explained solely as a reaction to general market sentiment or increasing operating expenses.
Clear Scope and Engagement Boundaries
Authority Growth is a defined six-month program. It is not an unlimited marketing, content, public relations, technology or consulting retainer.
The monthly fee covers only the deliverables, quantities, channels, executive profiles, website properties, integrations, meetings and revision rounds stated in the signed proposal or statement of work.
Unless specifically included, the following require a separate quotation or written change order:
additional articles, newsletters, emails, social posts, press releases or executive profiles;
unlimited revisions or substantial redrafting after approval;
additional brands, business units, languages, countries or websites;
daily social media management, community management or outbound sales activity;
additional AI assistants, channels, workflows, knowledge bases or complex integrations;
CRM implementation, custom software development, data migration or extensive technical remediation;
paid advertising, media buying, influencer fees or third-party publishing costs;
earned-media outreach, journalist retainers or guaranteed placements;
legal, regulatory, cybersecurity, financial or compliance opinions;
urgent work, on-site work, travel or work outside the agreed schedule; and
any new request that materially changes the approved strategy, workload or delivery timeline.
STB will identify an out-of-scope request before beginning the additional work. STB will then provide an additional fee, revised timeline or formal change order for the client’s approval.
Unused monthly deliverables do not automatically roll over unless agreed in writing.
Client Responsibilities
Successful implementation requires the client to:
appoint an authorised decision-maker and day-to-day contact;
provide timely access, source information and subject-matter input;
ensure factual, legal, regulatory and brand review by the appropriate internal advisers;
respond to approval requests within the agreed timeframe;
obtain all necessary permissions for executive accounts, data, systems and third-party materials; and
maintain human follow-up for qualified enquiries and sensitive conversations.
Delays in access, feedback or approvals may shift delivery dates without reducing the contracted fee.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Why is Authority Growth a six-month engagement?
Building a connected authority system requires more than publishing several pieces of content.
Six months allows time to diagnose gaps, align messaging, create assets, implement priority improvements, activate executive authority, refine the enquiry journey and evaluate early signals.
2. Why will the price increase in 2027?
The 2027 price aligns with the strategic depth and delivery capacity required for an integrated program combining strategy, executive positioning, AI visibility, content, digital PR, enquiry infrastructure, governance and reporting.
It also supports controlled client capacity and consistent senior-level attention.
3. How can a client qualify for the 2026 rate?
The company must sign the engagement agreement by 31 December 2026, complete the required payment and onboarding steps, and secure an available commencement slot.
The final proposal and contract will govern eligibility.
4. Is the 2026 rate fixed for all six months?
Yes.
When the signed agreement confirms the 2026 rate, that monthly fee applies throughout the initial six-month term unless the client approves additional or out-of-scope work.
5. Is Authority Growth suitable for a Series A fintech?
It can be suitable when the company already has internal capacity, a validated offer and a clear need for multi-channel authority and enquiry infrastructure.
Earlier-stage companies needing the essential foundation first may be better suited to Authority Foundation.
6. How is Authority Growth different from Authority Foundation?
Authority Foundation establishes essential visibility, messaging, founder authority and trust assets.
Authority Growth goes further by connecting a broader authority cadence with executive positioning, deeper STB Loop Marketing, customer-engagement infrastructure and more extensive strategic coordination.
7. How is it different from hiring a content agency?
The program is designed around an authority system rather than content volume alone.
It connects positioning, AI visibility, executive expertise, public relations, enquiry support and communication governance around agreed commercial priorities.
8. Is LinkedIn management included?
Founder and executive thought-leadership content may be included to the extent specified in the statement of work.
Full LinkedIn profile management, company-page management, engagement activity or expanded publishing is an optional service unless expressly included.
9. How much content is included?
The exact quantities are confirmed in the signed statement of work.
The program does not include unlimited articles, posts, newsletters, emails, press releases or revisions. Additional volume can be quoted separately.
10. Does the program include media coverage?
The program includes the agreed digital PR planning, drafting and distribution.
Independent editorial decisions remain outside STB’s control. Journalist interest, earned coverage, backlinks and publication by named media outlets are not guaranteed.
11. Does the AI Enquiry & Sales Assistant replace the sales team?
No.
It supports initial responses, common questions and enquiry routing within the agreed use case.
Human review and follow-up remain essential, particularly for complex, regulated, high-value or sensitive conversations.
12. Does STB provide compliance or legal advice?
No.
STB provides compliance-aware communication practices, content governance and approval workflows.
The client remains responsible for obtaining advice and approval from qualified legal, regulatory, financial, cybersecurity or compliance professionals.
13. Are software, API and third-party costs included?
Only the items expressly stated in the proposal are included.
Client-side accounts, API usage, messaging fees, connectors, CRM licences, publishing costs and other third-party charges may be billed directly to the client or quoted separately.
14. Does STB guarantee rankings, AI citations, enquiries or sales?
No.
Search rankings, AI citations, media coverage, audience growth, enquiries, sales, funding and financial results depend on external platforms, competition, market conditions, the client’s offer and human follow-up.
STB’s responsibility is to deliver the agreed strategy and implementation support professionally and consistently.
15. What happens when the six months end?
STB will review progress and recommend the appropriate next step.
Depending on the company’s maturity and priorities, this may involve continued Authority Growth support, selected standalone services or progression to Authority Elite.
Renewal is not automatic unless agreed in writing.
16. Can we request work outside the agreed scope?
Yes.
STB will assess the request and, where appropriate, issue a separate quotation, revised timeline or change order before the additional work begins.
